Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Sofayo (the “Service”), operated by Sofayo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Billing

Sofayo is a paid subscription from the day you sign up. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.

2. No Refunds

All payments to Sofayo are non-refundable. Once a subscription period has been charged, we do not issue refunds — in full or pro-rated — for unused time, accidental renewals, or any other reason, except where required by applicable law.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
  • No refund is issued for the remaining portion of that period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (for example, a duplicate charge caused by a billing error on our end), we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Contact us at support@sofayo.com if you believe you were charged in error.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We recommend reaching out to us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue directly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
